GENERAL

The webshop www.verylaf.com is maintained by the company Verylaf AB, registered at Flyttfågelsgatan 9, 262 57 Ängelholm, Sweden, with VAT registration number SE559166961801. All products remain the property of Verylaf until full payment has been made.  We reserve the right to correct any mistake or error printed on this site. Due to the digital format of photographs we can not grant that the pictures reflect the exact nature of the real products.

 

PRICES AND CURRENCIES

We show all prices in Swedish Krona (kr, SEK) including VAT.

 

DELIVERY TIME AND TRACKING

All of our products are shipped via PostNord. We will always try to ship your order as fast as we can, from that you have made your order. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Special delivery time when it comes to knitted goods.

Orders from Sweden have a delivery time of 2-3 days. Most orders outside Sweden will reach customers within 1-2 weeks. Note, this is an estimated time.

SHIPPING AND SHIPPING CHARGES

Each item is carefully inspected and packed in order to make sure that it will reach you in perfect condition. We ship to most countries in EU. You will be responsible for any customs or duty charges that are incurred when your order reaches your country.The shipping cost are fixed and depend on which country we will ship to. 

Sweden – 99 SEK (incl VAT)
Denmark & Finland – 150 SEK (incl VAT)
Belgium, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, UK, Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Portugal & Spain – 400 SEK (incl VAT)

PRODUCT PREPARATION FOR KNITTED GOODS

Knitted products made by order need some days/weeks to be completed which may vary, depending on product’s type and the current workload. We will inform you by email the delivery time, when you make the order. These days are only related to the duration of the products’ knitting or crocheting, they are defined by the company and should not be confused with the days regarding the shipping time.

 

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Any order can be cancelled and refunded only upon customer’s request by email to info@verylaf.com within 30 minutes of it´s submission. The 14 days period for cancelling and returning an order does not apply to knitted goods.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have the right to return your ordered products within 14 days of receiving the products, given that the product is unused and in it’s original condition. Returns do not apply to knitted goods because they are made only on personal order. All returns are free of charge within Sweden. If you live outside Sweden, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. In case of a quality claim due to a damaged or faulty product, we will replace the product free of charge or refund what you have paid, including the shipping cost. We follow Swedish laws in case of returns and disputes.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

If you need to return a product, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an e-mail to info@verylaf.com, before you send the item, including your name and order number (your order number is found in the order confirmation e-mail we sent you)

2. Include your name and order number on the return form and place it in the box/bag together with the item to be returned.

3. Close the box/bag well.

4. If you live in Sweden: Attach the PostNord return sticker you received with your shipment, on the outside of the box/bag and return the package to the delivery service. The return shipping is prepaid.

5. If you live outside Sweden: Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of postage for returned items unless the items are faulty or the reason for the return is our mistake. It is the responsibility of the customer for return shipping. We will refund the money to you as soon we receive items.

6. Please note that you as a customer are responsible for the goods until they reach us, why it is important you keep the tracking number.

 

PAYMENT REFUND

In case of a return we will refund your payment, with the shipping costs deducted as described above. Any payment costs related to the purchase will not be refunded. We will refund the payment to you as soon as we have recieved the product back and confirmed that it is unused and in its original condition.

 

TRANSPORT DAMAGES

If a package is damaged at arrival, you should report it immediately at the site. If you have opened the package and detect a damage, please contact us.

UNCOLLECTED DELIVERIES

A package will be kept at the delivery hub for 14 days. If you don’t collect it and it is returned to us, we will charge you for the costs incurred.

 

PERSONAL DATA

According to Swedish law, we have to ask for your approval to treat your personal data. All the information you give us or that we get when you visit our site will be handled responsibly and safely by Verylaf AB. The information will be used to enable us to fulfill our business responsibilities to you and for marketing purposes. If the personal data is incorrect or irrelevant, you have the right to request that it is corrected or deleted.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

If Verylaf fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then Verylaf cannot be held responsible.
